     No doubt you are working from very solid base data, ie randomly selected surveys of a very large sample of Arab women.

       Note the bit about “Hair in such areas is considered unwanted.” Also, “It is makruh to let them grow for more than 40 days.” Makruh means “detestable” or “offensive”. Examples of makruh would be being a braggart, insulting others, being stingy, or in this case, being “unclean”.

       So, likely as not, those Arab women are bare underneath all those coverings.

         While Arabs have more than their fair share of terrorists, so do quite a few other ethic groups.
