Ha, it’s more like a [pair of] appitizers. Their meant to prime you for the entree (which isn’t shown) which is served with a nice sauce and a fragrant aroma.

I think it is Leah Remini’s head Photoshopped onto another woman’s body. See this picture of her:

It is a small image, could not find it larger. But notice the ear rings, the pattern of glare on the forehead, and the shape of the smile with one corner of the mouth higher than the other.
Not a real image in the end.
But hey, both elements are quite lovely with a beautiful face on a sweet treat of a body

Once again, ALL photos are Photoshopped nowadays. The tag you want, is “fake”.
True, but in context most of us recognize that term as meaning ‘purposely edited (in this case, composited) to give a false impression.’

If you plan to eat the sushi, white wine, of course!
Of course, if she decides to order the large “pork” sausage for her meal, a red wine for her is recommended.
..as well as a bib, of course. One would hate any incriminating stains….
