$2000? $150 p&h? Are you sure this wasn’t a satirical ad from National Lampoon?
It’s $20.00 plus $1.50 p&h. Just hard to see those dots.
Edit: Although I do see the dots on her quite nicely…
What’s really depressing is realising that you are actually old enough to miss the ’70′s.
Ah the old Peanut smuggler bra.
Now we have to look really carefully and even then only seldomly do we get to see a nice little nipple show.
My wife is popping all the time…
Even with her padded Vicky bra’s…
You lucky bugger.
Mine too, they refuse to be contained.
What is especially surprising is the response a pair of FAKE nipples could get. Real nipples, oh yeah those a delight!
Then again, I wonder if anyone ever fell for the Camel Toe Cup?

Input the cited patent number — 3976083 — at patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/srchnum.htm . The claims and summaries the inventor makes are interesting…
“Obviously, the simulated nipples according to the invention provide a sufficient variety to accommodate the varying conditions or moods under which the wearer may wish to use them.”
I grew up in the 70′s. I don’t rember this ad but if it is of interest you may want to investigate “body shirts”.
