Depends on what sort of brassieres she gets. Properly supporting undergarments can do worlds of good.

I have to agree with you on her situation. I have talked with a few women who were gifted to the point of their breast weight causing back trouble. Not when a young twenty-something like these two. The wear and tear builds over the years and maybe in their late thirties or early forties they went looking for reduction surgery.
Yup. Luckily Route 66 has no problems accomodating an oversized load.
