Believe it or not, I’ve been quietly wishing myself happy birthday in the POD for the past few years. What? You didn’t notice? (Most people didn’t, even ones who know me well.) Seriously, check it out: ’06, ’07, ’08, and ’09. I didn’t make a big deal about it, mostly because I enjoyed sneaking it past everyone. So why the change this year? Well, I’m officially middle-aged. Yep, that’s right, this is the big 4-0. Anyway, I decided to be a bit more public about this birthday, so I asked a friend if she’d do something special for the POD. I told her I wanted something fun, sexy, and personal. This is what she came up with. Enjoy! Oh, and Happy Birthday to me!

Everyday I start my day with the POD, been doing it for years. Today of all days the boss calls before I even get awake and I have to nose dive thru a shower and off to work 14 hours.
