Looks like somewhere cold, as a guess I’d say those are either winter tires or non-winter tires … whichever aren’t on the car now. Plus a spare or something on top.

Looks like studs in the top tire so it wasn’t the winter season yet, just getting there according to her top and boots. Looks like another case of ignoring the background in a photo. I will admit the foreground is pretty nice, even if the carpet and drapes don’t match.

Actually it looks like a lot of nude pictures on the internet of late. Attractive Russian girl in need of some quick money, a quickly assembled photo shoot in a location where they don’t even bother to pick up the trash in the shot. They like the idea of quick money, but they’re definitely not in it for the artistic integrity.
Then the commercial better have been shot in 1992 for the 1993 campaign, otherwise she’s under 18.

Calm down there ıpoɾ, all season tires are traditionaly marketed in the fall, (performance tires in spring)
The baby is clearly 6 months old or older, maybe up to a year?
add a month or 2 for editing.
Bingo, plenty old enough to sell, and install tires.

The top tire is an all-season doughnut spare. The other tires are anti-hydroplane all-season tires. So the winter tires are on the car at the time this picture was taken.
