Looks like it. I’ve been there a few times but I haven’t’ had the pleasure of the view in the foreground, though.
I’m definitely going with a city in southeast Asia, but I’ve never been to Hong Kong, so I cannot speak to the specific city

Yes, of course this is Hong Kong. Don’t you know, when you arrive at the airport, they assign you to a high-rise apartment with a local “host.” It is part of the friendly face of the city . . .

Will someone please explain to me why this picture does not deserve 5 stars? I am continually perturbed that some f*cking asshole has yet to find a photo worthy of perfect score. Whoever it may be is a total jag-off!
Because tastes vary. A lover of curves will downgrade a visible ribcage; someone who prefers his fantasy women barely legal will vote against a sexy MILF; those with a thing for redheads might not necessarily be charitable towards a blonde. Skin tone, hairstyle, signs of surgical augmentation, natural vs. clean-shaven, whether there’s another guy in the shot . . . the list goes on.
In this case, I’m sure someone looked at this and thought, “Screw the view! I wanna see me some muff!” (For the record, that someone wasn’t me.) If Nick ever does post a pic to universal acclaim, I’d suggest he run out and buy a lottery ticket as well — on the off-chance that lightning *does* strike twice.
My life has never been penthouses and feather pillows. I would give a left nut to be the photographer even if he didn’t get a taste. I give this ten stars and count my blessings.
Also, there are a few voters who really want their favorites to “win,” so they vote 5 stars for their favorite(s) and 1 star for anything that threatens them.
It’s really kinda stupid, but it’s hard to stop.
Well, I just rated it a one-star. I actually like the picture but I knew it would annoy you so I pretty much had to do it for that reason alone. I tend to do that most times in real life. Whenever I run across someone who resorts to ranting and swearing about an incredibly stupid and non-important issue (such as a star rating of a picture on a porn site), I tend to do whatever I can to piss them off even more. Makes me all happy deep down inside.
Nick needs a like button, cause I want to like this response. Pretty much exactly how I feel about it. I honestly didn’t know there was a star system on the site, and now must vote this down for the same reason as was stated here.
