Side-boob occurs when you can see some of her breast when she is facing exactly away from you. Minimum C-cup. This lady is twisted 45 degrees to the right. Of course you are going to see some mammary tissue. If she moved her right arm, you might even be able to see some nipple. That said, I still liked the image; I just wanted to clear up any misconceptions about the term.
Neither wiktionary nor urban dictionary agree with your limitation to the term, and I’ve never before heard such. It does, however, tend to involve a woman who is clothed… more of an illicit view, like an upskirt shot, than just a naked woman who isn’t fully facing you. Either way, it’s a nice picture…
