Is it me , or does her left elbow look a little weird?? ( I had to tear myself away from that beautiful ass)
I have noticed that many women can extend there elbows beyond 180 degrees, while other joints have a more normal range of motion. I don’t know how common this ability is, but it seems to appear in man women I see. I could do a study I guess. Musculature does not seem to affect this; I have seen this effect on women with average development and strength and on women with above average strength as well.
I have yet to see a man who can do this who does not have hyper-flexibility in his other joints as well. Maybe men just have a restricted range of motion.

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think I’d ever go up on a roof without clothing. Too many ways to get painfully injured. Better to stay on the ground (or better yet, in the bedroom.)
