Sandra is one of the sadder characters in the SCSU, and I’ve always felt sorry for her. She isn’t malicious or even a bad person, but she and Paul have sex for all the wrong reasons. At least he realizes he’s hit bottom after their drunken fling.

Anyway, that’s probably enough reality for now. Moving on…

Sydney is Stacy’s best friend/girlfriend in grad school and after, and she’s one of the modern-day swingers in the later books. She’s a minor character but a fun one.
